We carried out a complete renovation across all three floors of the house, including:
• Full plaster skim and redecoration throughout
• New skirtings and doors fitted across the property
• A brand new family bathroom installed
• All internal walls, ceilings and joinery brought up to a modern finish

One of the standout features of the project was relocating the kitchen from the front of the property to the newly built rear extension. The old kitchen space was reconfigured to create a dedicated
study/home office, ideal for modern family living or flexible working from home.

The new lean-to extension now houses a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area with a
breakfast bar and bifold doors leading out onto a freshly landscaped garden, providing the indooroutdoor flow today’s buyers love.

We also made structural alterations in the hallway to improve the sense of space and light as you enter the home.
